2. Medical & Pharmaceutical Marketing Compliance
All clinical Visual Aids (VAs), hazard ratio charts, and patient questionnaires are developed based strictly upon client-provided clinical trial reports, SmPC documents, and brand guidelines. The client’s internal Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review board retains sole responsibility for final regulatory submission and statutory market approval.
3. Third-Party Hosting & Domain Availability
While JAS Design Studio configures and manages custom domains, email routing, and single-page web hosting, third-party registrar service interruptions or global server downtime are subject to the respective infrastructure providers' terms and service level agreements (SLAs).
4. Translation Services
French and Spanish vocal and subtitle adaptations are delivered for general commercial and marketing comprehension. The client is advised to conduct final internal legal review for highly regulated technical or statutory text.
