Terms of Service

1. Scope of Creative & Production Services

JAS Design Studio Inc. provides professional creative strategy, point-of-sale (POS) retail graphics, editorial publishing, brand identity systems, motion graphics, video post-production, translation services (French/Spanish), and digital website packages (including The Digital Foundation setup).

2. Estimates, Deposits & Project Commencement

Work begins upon receipt of written brief confirmation and the required project deposit or full package fee. Standard productized packages (such as domain registrations and web setups) must be paid in full prior to DNS provisioning and development rollout.

3. Revisions & Scope Management

Each quote includes a defined number of revision rounds. Changes requested outside the original brief or after milestone sign-off will be billed at standard hourly rates ($125 USD/hr) or converted into an additional scope estimate.

4. Prepress & Physical Production Approvals

While JAS Design Studio delivers press-ready vector/CMYK artwork compliant with commercial print specifications, the client bears sole responsibility for final proof review (text, spelling, dimensions, and color tolerances) before authorizing physical print runs.

5. Intellectual Property & Deliverable Rights

Upon receipt of 100% final payment, all agreed-upon finalized deliverables are transferred to the client. JAS Design Studio Inc. retains the right to display non-confidential project assets and case studies in promotional portfolios and archives.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms and all commercial service agreements are governed strictly in accordance with the laws of Barbados, West Indies.
